• Savage Tooele Railroad (STR) Public Open House for Proposed Rail Crossings

  Savage Tooele Railroad (STR) will host a Public Open House on Monday, August 19, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. MDT in the conference center at the Deseret Peak Complex (located at 2930 UT-112, Grantsville, UT 84029), to provide information and solicit input regarding proposed rail crossings on State Highway 138 and Erda Way. The rail crossings are necessary to facilitate the planned construction and operation of a rail line to serve tenants of the Lakeview Business Park in Grantsville, UT. Written comments will be accepted at the open house and online at https://savageco.com/savage-tooele-railroad/public-info/
